I think we all had a 'character' like that in every unit. There was no hot water on camp, so I said to Gunner 'P' that anytime he needed a shower he could do so at my house. 0800 Sunday morning knock on the door, there stood 6'4" Gunner P green issue towel neatly rolled up under his arm "Hello Mrs Southern the Sergeant Major said I could"
............. well I did say anytime.
